Other websites advertise devices that are not in stock, they try to source it once they have your payment. If they don't come across the device then wait in line for your refund. Nerdy only advertises what they have stock of, they don't bait you with false adverts, devices come in prestine condition, delivery is lightning fast, live chats offered superb assistance pre and post purchase. I've sold them devices and bought from them and the services has always been great. The only reason Im not giving them 5 stars is that the last device I bought was full of fingerprints and oil marks, if someone spends over 10k on a device, the least you can do is wipe it down before putting it in a box.

This business most definitely deserves a six star rating. My only concern is that their service is so exceptional that a lot more people will get wind of them and I in turn might lose out on future deals as I might be too late to respond. Please stay true to your ethos and I will remain a customer. Both of the devices purchased from Nerdy.co.za represented exceptional value, were good as new and both were delivered before I had expected them to be. My 2nd purchased was delivered a few hours after making the payment and before the payment had cleared into their bank account, exceptional service and a great deal of trust in me as a customer, thank you.

I purchased my Dell XPS 13, 9370 laptop in all of 10 minutes, I wasn't even sure if it had processed because it happened so quickly. I was initially apprehensive about the company as the price is a lot cheaper than competitors and I had never heard of them but it is 100% legit. My laptop arrived in under 2 days from ordering and I received a personal call from Kobus who asked if I was satisfied with service after ordering and whether I had any questions, this was a great personal touch. I can't wait to purchase from here again in future.

The company should provide better description of the products to avoid customer dissatisfaction and make sure the phone is cleaned before sending it to customers, otherwise the companies service is good. And on time delivery as well
